Fascia inspection & minor repairs
We check every board before hanging. Rotted sections get replaced (time and materials; itemized upfront).

New flashing tucks under the shingles, over the gutter lip — keeps wind-driven rain from getting behind.
Continuous seamless aluminum
5" or 6" K-style, formed on-site, heavy-gauge .032 coil — not the .027 big-box sectional stock.
Hidden hangers every 24 inches
No spike-and-ferrule junk. Screwed into solid wood, not nailed into old nail holes.
3x4 downspouts (or 4x5 on big runs)
3x4 moves ~50% more water than the standard 2x3. On big roof sheds, that's the difference between overflow and no overflow.
Splash blocks or French drain hookups
Water needs to leave the house. Splash blocks included on grade; we can tie into existing French drains.
Flow test before we pack up
Tony walks every run with a hose while Kyle watches the downspouts. We don't leave until water flows.

Gutter machine on your driveway at 8am. Most single-family Long Island homes finish between 2-4pm. Full cleanup + magnet sweep before we pull out.

Steel (commercial / coastal)
Heavier than aluminum; better for commercial buildings or homes within 1,000 feet of salt water. $9-$14/lf.
Copper half-round
Soldered seams, true half-round profile. Tudor, Colonial, historic homes. $28-$45/lf. 60-year life.
K-style vs half-round
K-style holds ~40% more water per linear foot than half-round. Half-round looks period-correct on older homes and self-cleans better. We carry both.
5-inch vs 6-inch
5-inch is standard residential. 6-inch is recommended for steep/large roofs, long fascia runs, or homes under heavy tree cover. Same install price difference is small.
Gutter guard compatible
All our seamless gutters are guard-ready. We can install guards at time of new install or retrofit later.

Seamless gutters are rolled continuously from a coil on our truck, so your 45-foot run is one piece of aluminum with zero seams in the middle.
.032 gauge. That's 25% thicker than the .027 aluminum most competitors use (and most big-box sectional gutter is even thinner). .032 holds hanger screws better, resists dents, and handles ladders leaning on it without folding.
Never. Spike-and-ferrule is the old 1970s method — a nail driven through the front of the gutter and out the back. They pull out in 5-10 years and leave holes. We use hidden hangers screwed into the fascia every 24 inches. They never pull out and they don't show from the ground.
Usually yes. We carry 27 stock colors in .032 coil. If you have an unusual color, we'll email you a color chart and pick the closest match, or order a custom coil (adds 2-3 weeks).
A 200 lf aluminum 5-inch job with 6 downspouts, tear-off, new flashing, and splash blocks typically lands between $1,800 and $2,800 — depending on fascia condition, pitch, color, and whether you add guards. You'll get a line-item written quote before we start.
Most Long Island colonials, capes, ranches, and splits take one day — usually 6-8 hours including tear-off, forming, hanging, flashing, and cleanup. Bigger homes (300+ lf) can go into a day-and-a-half.
Yes, routinely. We inspect every board before we hang. If we find rot during tear-off, we stop and show you, then wrap the repair into the job at time-and-materials pricing (we itemize it on the invoice). Typical fascia board replacement runs $60-$120 per 16 feet installed.
