We work with a regional home improvement lender used by most reputable LI contractors. They run a soft credit pull (no hit to your score) and decision in minutes. We'll share their name and disclosures when we present your quote — we don't broker loans on this website.
No. The pre-approval is a soft pull. Only if you accept the loan and move to funding does a hard pull happen, which typically drops FICO 3-5 points temporarily.
Same-as-cash typically requires 650+. Fixed-rate products have programs down to 600. Most LI homeowners pre-approve on the first attempt.
Yes, no prepayment penalty on any of the products we work with. If you take the 12-month same-as-cash and pay it off in month 10, you paid zero interest.
We don't run 'today-only' financing gimmicks — those are a red flag. Our financing terms are consistent year-round. What changes seasonally is install pricing (best deals are December-February when we're lighter).
