Our cleaning service isn't 'blow debris off the roof with a leaf blower and call it done.' Kyle and the cleaning crew hand-bag the debris out of the gutter channels, run a flow test on every downspout, and snake any drop that doesn't flow free. You get before/after photos in your email the same day.
Single-story homes: $150-$250. Two-story: $225-$350. Three-story or steep colonials: call for custom quote. Bi-annual service (spring + fall) runs $275-$550 for the year and is how most of our long-term customers schedule.

Yes, weather permitting. Frozen gutters we'll reschedule. Ice-dam emergencies (January/February) get priority — call us, we'll add a visit.
No — as long as we have ladder access. We'll text you photos and the invoice when we finish. If we find any repair issues during cleaning, we'll call before doing anything extra.
Yes, and it's the smartest way to do it — your gutters are clean and inspected, so guards install faster. We'll bundle a cleaning into a guard installation if you decide to go that way.
Depends on your ladder, your knees, your insurance, and the gable heights. A proper cleaning with flow tests takes us 60-90 minutes. For a single-story $150 job, doing it yourself saves about $100 but costs you an afternoon and some risk. Most two-story homes, hire it out.
